Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Amazon Storefront & Listing Operations Specialist to manage, protect, and optimize our Amazon storefronts across multiple brands. This role is operational, detail-heavy, and critical to revenue protection. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving listing issues, compliance removals, Buy Box problems, pricing violations, and inventory defects—both proactively and reactively.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who understands Amazon’s backend deeply and knows how to work through Seller Central, cases, performance notifications, and enforcement systems efficiently.

Core Responsibilities
1. Listing Audits & Storefront Health

Perform regular listing audits across assigned brands and ASINs.

Identify mismatches between:

Brand names

Titles

UPC / GTIN / Item ID

Images and variation structures

Detect and document broken listings, including:

Incorrect or changed images

Title or brand hijacks

UPC/GTIN conflicts

Item ID and BSR inconsistencies

Use internal tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist with diagnostics and documentation.

2. Listing Removals & Reinstatements

Resolve listings that have been removed or suppressed due to:

Compliance issues

Image violations

Pricing errors

Policy enforcement

Upload compliance documentation and images to Seller Central cases to support reinstatement.

Handle GTIN-related issues (both proactive and reactive).

Track outcomes and escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation.

3. Remeasurement, Removal & Inventory Defects

Submit and manage remeasurement requests using Amazon tools.

Review and act on inventory removals.

Monitor and resolve stranded inventory, including:

Expired units

Distributor or warehouse damage

Bin check requests

Submit disputes for shipment defects when Amazon errors are identified.

4. Pricing, Buy Box & Suppression Issues

Investigate and resolve:

Pricing-related listing removals or suppressions

Buy Box suppression issues (via Seller Central cases)

Submit appropriate cases with supporting evidence.

Coordinate with internal teams when pricing or MAP issues are identified.

5. Brand Applications & Authorization

Submit and manage brand approval applications (including white-board and authorization-based approvals).

Track approval status and document outcomes.

Flag brands or ASINs that require additional documentation or escalation.

6. Returns & Performance-Driven Listing Reviews

Handle listings placed under review due to high return rates or performance signals.

Identify root causes (listing quality, customer expectations, defects).

Propose and execute corrective actions to restore listing health.

7. SOP Documentation & Process Improvement

Document SOPs for all recurring issues handled.

Build a structured playbook covering:

Listing removals

Compliance failures

Pricing and Buy Box issues

Inventory defects

Within the first 1–2 months, produce SOP documentation for the most common storefront scenarios and their resolutions.

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central storefronts (brand or agency side).

Strong understanding of:

Listings, variations, GTIN/UPC rules

Compliance and policy enforcement

Seller Central case workflows

Ability to work independently and make judgment calls.

Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.

Comfortable handling high-volume issue resolution.

Experience working with multiple brands and ASINs simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience working with brand stores or authorized resellers.

Familiarity with internal tooling, spreadsheets, and audit workflows.

Experience collaborating with ops, supply chain, or account managers.
