ASQA RTO Documentation Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am establishing a new Australian RTO that will deliver earthmoving and plant equipment tickets—think excavators, loaders, dozers and related machinery. To move quickly toward initial ASQA registration, I need every piece of documentation professionally drafted, laid out and ready for internal review.
The priority is robust, well-structured Training and Assessment Strategies, but the project covers the entire document suite. You will create each item from scratch (no in-house templates exist yet) and format it so my local compliance team can review, edit and sign off before any submission.
Key deliverables
• Training & Assessment Strategies (core focus)
• Policies and procedural manuals
• Mapping tables, assessment tools and evidence guides
• Learner and assessor resources, including manuals
• Any supporting audit-ready evidence documents
Acceptance criteria
• Content follows current ASQA standards and best practice for earthmoving/plant programs.
• Templates are clean, consistent and easy to maintain (MS Word or Google Docs preferred).
• Sections are clearly bookmarked and cross-referenced; mapping tables link back to units of competency.
• Files delivered in editable, unlocked format.
When you respond, please attach or link to past work showing similar RTO, VET or compliance documentation you have produced. That portfolio sample will be the main basis for shortlisting. I will provide unit codes, course outlines and other technical input once we begin.
