petition probate

I need to petition Maine probate in Aroostook County because the PR failed to notify us of the hearings. We were supposed to buy the house when the owner died then we found out the house had major issues. We paid the back taxes and gave deposits for the real estate and the PR who is working with the broker left us our of the proceedings.
