Retype Printed Documents to Word

I have several printed documents that I need converted into an editable Word file. The task is straightforward: copy the exact text as-is, preserve paragraph breaks, and deliver a single .docx with plain formatting—no styles, headings, or special layout required. Accuracy matters most; every word, number, and punctuation mark in the original print should appear exactly the same in the final file. If a character is unclear, flag it in brackets so I can double-check later.
