Line-by-Line Text Accuracy Audit

I’m handing over a folder of plain-text source files along with a matching batch of editable text documents. Every line in the working set must mirror its source perfectly. Your job is to open each document, compare it sentence by sentence, and make the necessary corrections so that:

• Spelling and grammar are error-free.
• All formatting follows the source exactly—indentation, paragraph breaks, capitalization, and any special characters.

Deliverables I expect back:
1. A fully corrected version of every document.
2. A concise change log noting each line you altered or reformatted, so I can trace adjustments instantly.

You may use any reliable proofreading tools—Word’s built-in checker, Grammarly, or similar—but the final pass must be a human review to ensure nothing slips through. Accuracy is the priority; even a single mismatch should be caught before you mark the file complete. Once the batch is returned and a random spot-check passes, I’ll sign off right away.
