I have a small packet of legal documents—no more than five—that must be properly notarized within the United States. All files are already prepared as PDFs, so I’m looking for a notary who can handle electronic originals and return them to me with a valid digital seal and signature that will hold up to standard U.S. legal scrutiny.
Because everything is in electronic form, an online notarization session (audio-video meeting and e-signature) is ideal, provided your commission and e-seal are recognized in the state where you operate. Once the session is complete, I’ll need the signed PDFs back immediately along with any accompanying confirmation certificate.
