Copy Type Printed Documents

I have several printed documents that I need re-typed from scratch, word for word, into a plain .txt file. All pages are clearly legible; I just need them converted accurately and delivered as a single text file with no extra formatting. Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the originals exactly, but you can ignore styling such as bold or italics.
