Convert Living Trust Documents

I need my entire living trust package—roughly 130 pages—faithfully reproduced in a fully editable digital file. The originals are laid out in traditional legal format with detailed outlines, numbered clauses, signature blocks, and exhibits; I want every bit of that formatting carried over exactly as it appears now.

My preferred destination format is Apple Pages so I can maintain everything on my Mac, but I’m willing to accept Microsoft Word if that keeps the cost more reasonable. Content changes are NOT required; the goal is a pixel-perfect transfer, not an update of the terms.

Please handle any scanning, OCR, and style rebuilding that may be necessary to achieve a clean, searchable document with matching fonts, margins, and headings. Once finished, send me the native Pages file (or Word file, should we agree on that) along with a high-accuracy PDF export for easy comparison to the original.
