mautic setup on VM with all configurations

I am looking forward your help with Mautic setup - its Installation, configurations including Cron Jobs Setup, SSL & domain mapping, SMTP Integration, Bounce, templates, etc and then testing the setup for complete working as it should. I may need consulting in future on how to best use it...but lets keep it separate for now. Pls give me your best quote for setup of Mautic on Azure VM hosted using Docker with Azure DB MySQL, Azure Email Communication for sending emails and backup configurations.
