Windows OpenWebUI Deployment & Integration

Job ID: 39940712

Budget: €12 – €18 EUR

I want OpenWebUI running smoothly on our Windows workstation so the whole team can rely on it for day-to-day decision-making, AI coordination, research, and other internal operations. Once it is up, the interface should help us manage tasks, crunch data, generate automated reports, and—crucially—pull together outputs from the various AI platforms we already use while keeping conversations consistent and free of drift or hallucination.

You are free to choose the most stable Windows approach (native build, WSL 2, Docker Desktop, etc.). What matters to me is that the instance boots reliably, authenticates with our existing model/API keys, and exposes the features above behind a secure login.

Deliverables
• A fully configured OpenWebUI instance on Windows, ready for production use
• A platform that will enable us to organize AI chats/channels in a nested folder structure (our primary motivation for migrating away from ChatGPT)
• Integration/scripts that consolidate responses from multiple AI providers in one thread
• Settings or guardrails that preserve conversational context and minimise hallucinations
• Examples of task management boards, data-analysis workflows, and an automated report template inside the UI
• A concise hand-off package: connection details, configuration files, and a quick-start guide (text or short loom)

I’ll test by running a multi-step query that calls three different LLMs and generates a report. If it finishes without breaking context or returning errant content, we’re good.
