Synology NAS - Automated Media Library Setup in Container Manager

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up an automated media library on my Synology NAS 1821+ using the Container Manager. The project involves the following requirements:

Media Type:
- The library will primarily store videos (tv shows and movies)

Media Platform Compatibility:
- I want the library to be compatible with Plex.

Scope of Work:
- I need assistance with the initial setup of the media library tools only.
- Ongoing management is not required.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with Synology NAS and its Container Manager.
- Proficiency in setting up media libraries, specifically with a focus on videos.
- Implementation of the following tools inside container manager:
-- Radarr - Finds movies from indexers and sends them to download managers, then moves the media file that was downloaded to a folder and renames it
-- Sonarr - Finds TV from indexers and sends them to download managers, then moves the media file that was downloaded to a folder and renames it
-- Jackett - Congregates torrent indexers (Pirate Bay, 1337x, Horrible Subs, etc) and lets you easily add those indexers to Radarr and Sonarr)
-- Traktarr - uses Trakt.tv to find shows and movies to add in to Sonarr and Radarr, respectively. Does this is the form of lists.
-- Qbittorrent - torrent client
-- Ombi - Let's the people who watch your media make requests for new media. Taps into the Rad/Son/Lid-arr APIs
- All containers must connect to the internet using a OVPN client using NORDVPN

If you have the necessary skills and experience, and can assist with the initial setup of a video-based media library on a Synology NAS using the Container Manager, please submit your proposal.
