Setting up program with Docker for Desktop

I am searching for a Freelancer who can provide assistance in the process of configuring a Docker Desktop (Windows) Caddy image. This is intended for a GitHub proof of concept for my information security team. Despite my technical proficiency, my attempt to undertake this task independently has revealed gaps in my understanding of Docker and Caddy.
