Set up Backup process for Wordpress website using Ansible, Traefik and Docker

I already have a wordpress website running and would like an expert to set me up a very simple backup and restore process for it.

The site uses docker-compose to create containers for Traefik, (with letsencrypt), mysql, wordpress.

I use Ansible to upload files to the server, although it's not necessary for me to use this if I can get a better way.

I need a nice elegant backup solution that I can easily restore regularly.
