Python OpenTelemetry Demonstration Project

Job ID: 40414196

Budget: $10 – $30 CAD

I need a concise, working demonstration that shows how OpenTelemetry is applied end-to-end in large enterprises environments . The focus is on all three pillars—Tracing, Metrics and Logging—so the example must clearly capture spans, emit custom and automatic metrics, and forward structured logs through the same pipeline.

I am comfortable with a minimal sample app (FastAPI, Flask or even straight Python scripts are fine) as long as it is easy to run locally with Docker or a simple virtual-env. Instrument the code with the official OpenTelemetry SDK for Python, wire it to common back-ends such as Jaeger or Zipkin for traces and Prometheus or OTLP for metrics, and show logs flowing through OpenTelemetry’s logging integration.

Please include:

• Clean, well-commented source code
• A walkthrough of source code over call and screenshare .
README that explains setup, how to launch collectors/back-ends, and where to view the resulting data
• Screenshots or short GIFs illustrating that traces, metrics and logs are all visible in the chosen back-end(s)

If I get working code , you provide set up on screen share , code walkthrough , README, and watch all three data types appear in the viewer, the job is complete.

should work on windows and mac laptops
