Sr Python Developer with Docker Expertise
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
1. You will work with Blue Solutions. We have our client, a US company who wants to hire freelancers/Gig developers for their Global LLM client in USA.
2. You would be required to give minimum 4 hours a day to the project.
3. You would login to our Client's system for Timekeeping, attendance etc and would login to Global LLM client's system for development/task related work.
4. Need to confirm your hourly rate and your minimum availability per day for August and subsequent months.
Sr Python Developer and Docker (7+ years)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience, specifically with Docker. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining applications in a containerized environment. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Familiarity with microservices architecture and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus. Project Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Python Developer with, particularly someone who has strong hands-on knowledge of Docker and containerized application deployment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Python-based microservices and ensuring seamless deployment and scaling using Docker.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and microservices.
• Containerize existing and new applications using Docker.
• Manage and orchestrate Docker containers across development, staging, and production environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and deployment issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of development and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc.)
• Extensive experience using Docker in production environments.
• Proficient in developing REST APIs and backend systems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker Compose, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a bonus.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, or Helm
• Experience with asynchronous Python (e.g., asyncio, aiohttp)
• Familiarity with database optimization (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Past contributions to open-source or tech blogs
