Optimize Containerized Jenkins Performance

Our Jenkins master is running inside a container and has slowed to a crawl. Builds take longer than they should, the UI feels laggy, and every restart drags on. All of our jobs are classic Freestyle projects, so the root-cause shouldn’t be complex pipeline logic.
I suspect two main culprits: tight CPU / RAM limits on the container and an ever-growing set of plugins. I need a specialist who can dig in, profile the instance, and leave me with a snappy, reliable Jenkins again. Docker-level tuning, JVM flags, plugin audit, or any other proven tactic is welcome—as long as the results are measurable.
