Operations on Google Cloud

I'm looking for an experienced operations person to help with Google Cloud Platform. We are a team of developers, but non of us are knowledgeable in GCP. We need help setting up Cloud Run services, buckets, IAM and so on. The set up mest be secure, well structured and well documented. We are looking for someone who is thorough, structured, methodical and does things correctly.

If you know Docker and Bitbucket pipelines that is a plus as we need help there to.
