OpenCTI Expert for a POC Lab
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am looking for an experienced OpenCTI practitioner to mentor and guide me through a proof-of-concept lab project running on Docker in a personal desktop environment. The goal is to learn how to configure and extend OpenCTI so I can later duplicate the setup in an enterprise SOC environment. Work includes reviewing my existing lab setup, guiding connector configuration and troubleshooting (ThreatFox, MalwareBazaar, a vendor feed, GeoIP enrichment), creating dashboards and widgets (country map, top indicators, enrichment views), and mapping observables to MITRE ATT&CK techniques with tagging and reporting for vendors and actors. The freelancer should provide step by step documentation and conduct live screen share sessions for walkthrough and Q&A. Requirements include hands-on OpenCTI experience with connectors, enrichment, dashboards, familiarity with Docker and Linux administration, and strong Cyber Threat Intelligence knowledge. Deliverables will include at least two working connectors, two dashboards including a MITRE ATT&CK mapping example, documentation or a recorded walkthrough for replication, and interactive mentorship sessions scheduled flexibly (US Central time preferred).
