Make a Docker image with a Basic web page using backend

This work is long term - and this is only the first step.
I have TTS Model trained in Coqui TTS. I need a very simple page with text input (200 character limit) and "Synthesize" button. When I click that button it should using my model synthesize.
All this should be closed in a Docker image so making Docker file and supporting scripts is obligatory. Such script should work well with Cloud Run on 8080 port. A sample hello world page I am attaching.
