Looking for Liquid-soap / Radio Clock Wheel Developer
Budget: $10 – $90 USD
I own a christian internet radio station (ice cast). I need a flexible freelancer who will work with my $80 budget. You would be helping for a christian world missions causes.
I have a PHP Slim + Vue.js radio automation system running inside Docker, streaming through Icecast with Auto DJ. The next milestone is to wire its clock-wheel format clocks directly into Liquidsoap so the playout logic (music, IDs, ads, news, etc.) fires exactly when the wheel dictates.
This project is a carry over from a previous project where the freelancer quit. I am about 80% done with the project. This project is to resume the work the other freelancer didn't finish when he quit. The objective is to develop - create a "Clock Wheel, Format Clock, Program Clock" feature in my radio automation software called "Azura Cast". The feature was to be added into the backend admin panel of Azura Cast.
* The UI is there to add radio clock wheels. There just needs to be a few small changes to the UI.
* Then we need figure out how to intergrate liquid soap schedule generation logic with the clock wheel feature. You need help do a deep analysis and make sure the entire clock wheel feature works. This means that every second - all durations must be handled correctly and all content created in clock wheel must flow smoothly on air and sound like FM station. Clock Wheel must flow easily with other scheduled playlists etc.
### My Github.com code is @ https://github.com/eternityready2/Azura-Cast-Custom
### Chat GPT has analyzed my code and liquid soap logic and gave suggestions for improvement @ https://chatgpt.com/share/6a063ce5-1960-83ea-b974-c56d8d73dabd
Your job is to build that bridge: take the clock-wheel data that already exists in the web app and generate the Liquidsoap script logic that will run it 24/7, then make sure the stream handed to Icecast never misses a beat. Along the way I’ll need any tweaks to the existing Vue components or Slim API endpoints so the wheels can be edited in the browser and re-loaded in Liquidsoap without restarting the container.
Deliverables
• Updated Docker setup with your Liquidsoap integration
• PHP / Vue code additions that push clock-wheel changes to Liquidsoap in real time
• Clear, step-by-step deployment notes so I can reproduce the setup on another server
If you’ve built format clocks, programmed Liquidsoap rotations, and kept Auto DJ streams gap-free, you’ll feel right at home here. Show me a similar project you’ve done and let’s get this spinning.
Project has a firm non negotiable max payout budget of $80 usd.
