Local Web Site to Docker (or possibly GitHub) to Hosting. (Includes the upload & download of user specified files.)

I'm looking for someone to help me move my local web application to shared hosting that supports Docker (or alternatively GitHub) for uploading the local web-appication. The application itself allows users to upload user-specified files. I don't have a preferred hosting service in mind. (This application does not require email accounts, SSL certificates, or SEO optimization.) I'm just looking for a successful website transfer where the code and processing performs the processing as it does on the local web site application.
