Launch EC2 Dev Box via TeamViewer

I’d like a fresh Linux-based EC2 instance spun up on my AWS account, tuned specifically for a development environment and ready to run Docker out-of-the-box. We will do the entire session interactively: you share your screen through TeamViewer, walk me through each step, and confirm that I can SSH in successfully at the end.

Key points I need covered:
• Proper key-pair creation, security-group rules and user setup so the connection is secure yet uncomplicated.
• Installation and verification of Docker (latest stable release) so I can begin pulling images immediately.
• Clear explanation of every command you run; I’ll be taking notes for future reference.

Deliverables for sign-off:
1. Running EC2 instance on Linux with Docker verified by a hello-world pull.
2. My own SSH login confirmed during the call.
3. A concise text file listing the exact commands and settings used.
