Laravel Custom Web App Build

I’m gearing up to build a bespoke web application on the latest Laravel stack and want an experienced developer to take it from a clean repository to a fully functioning product. The core scope is clear:
• Robust user authentication with registration, login, password-reset and social sign-in
• Payment processing that can handle one-off and recurring charges, generate receipts, and log transactions securely
• A data analytics dashboard that pulls real-time metrics from the database and renders them in neat visual charts
You’ll start with wireframes, a draft ER-diagram and access to a private Git repo. I need a Laravel-10 codebase that follows PSR-12 conventions, is covered by feature tests, and is ready for Dockerised deployment. Feel free to lean on Fortify, Breeze, Cashier, Horizon or any other first-party packages where they fit.
