Help setting up scaffold-eth on Ubuntu
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
I have installed and run scaffold-eth on linux but The Graph node's docker container dies after a few seconds with this output:

I believe that this page describes the problem and a possible solution:

But, I have not been able to resolve the issue by adding this line to docker-compose.yml:
POSTGRES_INITDB_ARGS: -E UTF8 --locale=C
I got the idea that this should have worked from this page:

I would like to work together with you using zoom or something similar - you can walk me through it as I do the work. (I don't want to give you direct access to my machine.) I'd like to do this work today or tomorrow or the next day. I'm flexible on payment, but only for someone who can really do this. I am looking for someone who should be able to finish this in an hour or less. I have hired freelancers before through this site who claim to have skills that they do not actually have. If that's the case with you then please do not apply for this job! I will not pay you if you do not fix the problem. Thank you.
