Guestbook Application

I am looking for a desktop-based guestbook application that allows for customizable design. The ideal developer will have experience with desktop application development and be able to create a user-friendly interface. User authentication is not required, but the ability to upload photos would be a bonus. The application should be able to handle up to 10 users simultaneously.
