GCP Voicebot Docker Deployment

I have a ready-made Docker image for my real-time voicebot and need it running on Google Cloud behind a secure WSS endpoint. The service must spin up at least twenty parallel instances (and ideally auto-scale above that when traffic spikes). I’m open to whichever GCP product you feel gives the best blend of low-latency websockets, horizontal scaling, and cost control—whether that means a managed instance group, an opinionated Cloud Run setup, or another tactic entirely.

You’ll receive:
• the private container image URL
• a complete list of required environment variables and secrets

What I need back:
• the container deployed, reachable over WSS with a valid TLS certificate
• scaling tested to 20+ live instances
• logging and basic health checks wired into Cloud Monitoring
• brief hand-off notes so I can update the image or tweak configs later
