Fix PHP in Apache container

My PHP pages stopped executing correctly right after an inexperienced freelancer made some changes.
I need someone to dive into the current Apache configuration, spot whatever he broke , and restore normal PHP processing. Expect to check the usual suspects—, and anything else that could keep the code from running
Once you isolate the issue, I’d like the corrected config pushed live, a quick reload of Apache, and confirmation that PHP runs and logs me into the site.
