Fix Convert HTML to PDF in dotnet 5 Docker Container

I've developed a web application using .NET Core MVC, which specializes in converting HTML web pages into PDF documents. Users simply provide the URL of the desired page as a parameter. Once the conversion process is complete, the PDF is automatically downloaded to the user's system. For this functionality, I've leveraged a NuGet package known as "DinkToPdf." Additionally, I've installed the supplementary tools "wkhtmltopdf" and "wkhtmltox" to aid in the conversion. While the application performs seamlessly on Windows, I've encountered an error when attempting to deploy it as a Docker image and subsequently running it as a container.
