English Software Interview Specialist Needed(Man only)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I manage a hiring funnel for several US-based software companies and I want to delegate the technical interview stage to an experienced professional. The role is strictly about technical interviews in the software-development domain: live coding, architecture discussion, and problem-solving conversations that mirror what candidates will face inside these companies.
Because many of our applicants are already comfortable with American business English, I need you to model the same level of fluency—C1 or higher—while bringing the fresh perspective of a non-US speaker. Your background must include hands-on software development so you can probe areas such as algorithms, design patterns, version-control workflows, and contemporary tooling (think Git, Docker, cloud services, etc.). Familiarity with common assessment environments like HackerRank, CodeSignal, or shared IDEs over Zoom/Google Meet will make the process smoother.
Typical flow:
• Receive a candidate résumé and short brief from me.
• Conduct a 45- to 60-minute live technical interview focusing on software-development skills.
• Score the candidate on an internal rubric and return a concise written report within eight hours, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.
WRITE AT THE BEGINNING:
SIRET, I can handle Software Tachnical Information
We need video that you speak in English. Send it in

Consistency, clear communication, and an unbiased assessment style are critical. If you have proven experience interviewing engineers for US companies and can start this week, let’s talk about volume, scheduling, and long-term collaboration.
