Server Manager / DevOps Engineer (Laravel + Docker + VPS Security)
We are hiring a Server Manager from India with proven experience in:
Core Skills Required
Docker


Build and manage containers for Laravel apps.
Configure private Docker networks and run containers as non-root users.
Optimize performance and resource usage.
VPS Management


Deploy and manage Laravel apps on VPS (Apache + phpMyAdmin).
Configure firewalls (UFW/iptables) and secure SSH access.
Set up monitoring, backups, and performance tuning.
Security


Harden servers and containers against attacks.
Manage SSL/TLS (Let’s Encrypt / Certbot).
Protect sensitive data (.env, API keys, DB credentials).
Laravel App Operations


Manage queues with Supervisor.
Configure cron jobs for scheduled tasks inside Docker.
Ensure zero-downtime deployment updates.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience with VPS and Dockerized Laravel apps.
Hands-on knowledge of security best practices for Linux servers.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Able to take full responsibility for end-to-end server operations.
