Docker: a project with NodeJS KnexJS PostgreSQL require fix of the Docker configuration

My project is about Docker and to have it configured right for the scope.
My project requires a Docker expert to fix the configuration issues which are blocking the right usage of the database in PostgreSQL.
The issue is that migrations work only if I can use my local IP address as 127.0.0.1
but I cannot do any GET operation to the DB using that Host.
I need to be able to run migrations/seed and also to be able to use the database CRUD operation with the right setup.
Will be also appreciated an expert who may have the time to do it fast as I would like to continue my project experiment due to an upcoming deadline of myself.
