Docker Desktop installation and configuration

I am looking for someone who can install and configure Docker Desktop on my Windows operating system (Windows Server 2022 Standard - cloud server). Specifically, I need assistance with container management. As a beginner in Docker, I would like someone who has experience working with Docker and can provide guidance on how to use it effectively. Due to security reasons we can't share the server credentials. If you are confident to solve this issue then we can connect, I will share the screen for you to take control.
