Docker Deployment of n8n Worker on DigitalOcean

Need Expert Help: Setup n8n Worker + Redis Queue Mode on DigitalOcean (Docker Deployment)
Hi there,

I’m running an n8n instance on DigitalOcean App Platform, using a Docker container for the main web service and a PostgreSQL dev database.

Everything works fine in basic mode — but now I want to upgrade to queue mode for better stability and scalability, since I'm processing heavy PDF and AI workflows.

Unfortunately, I ran into issues deploying the worker container (non-zero exit code). I’ve already removed the faulty container.

Here’s what I need help with:

What I have now:
n8n web container is deployed (Docker image)

PostgreSQL dev database on DigitalOcean

Environment vars and API keys already configured

Redis not yet deployed

What I need you to do:
Set up Redis on DigitalOcean App Platform or recommend a compatible managed Redis service

Deploy a working n8n Worker container

Connect it to Redis and PostgreSQL

Match same version as web container (7.x preferred)

Enable queue mode properly

Ensure worker container starts properly (no exit error)

Confirm workflows are processed by the worker (not the main container)

(Optional): Help me test upload of large PDFs or webhook load under queue mode
