Django Job Search App Development

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Django-based job search application. The primary functionality of the app will be to provide job listings and search capabilities. Our admin team will manually post job listings, ensuring that each listing includes the job title, description, and requirements.

Key Requirements:
User can login with google single sign on
Can upload their CV, and update some personal information
Recruiters accounts are created by admin, they can only search profiles
Admin can post jobs, job field contains usual JD stuffs
Need a mechanism to monitor the whole stats (how many joined, how many jobs posted, how many got selected etc)
For security we need to analyze the uploaded CV files for malicious contents before storing into our DB


the core concept is : Simple and Fast application

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Django and Python
- Docker /Kubernetes knowledge
- Experience in developing job search or similar applications
- Strong understanding of database management and web development

Only backend dev is need as we have a Frontend developer already working
