Develop fastapi and kong api gateway (in docker) -- 2

Nutshell : We want to create web api and use kong as api gateway
We have experience in devops so we be cleared of what we want.
We required experience in Kong, docker, api so ensure delivery
What we have to start working
• Fresh ubuntu VM and sample database (mysql)
What we want
• Kong and fast_api (developed in docker, e.g. dockerfile)
• Kong as API gateway with Kong admin (KONGA)
• fast api that connect to sample database (one GET endpoint is sufficient)
• API must be secured (via token authentication or user/pwd style) and connect via KONG
• Turn on Kong rate limit function and we will assist in testing rate limit functionality

user ---> Kong ---> Fast API --> db (mysql)
