Deploy fintech, microservices based app to AWS

I am looking for a cloud engineer with experience AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Jenkins, GitLab experience. We are looking to transfer files from one AWS acc to another or setup from scratch an AWS environment , using Jenkins as pipeline, where our code repo is GitLab. It's a Fintech app built with microservice style architecture. The member administration service is written in Java, and the core banking system is written in python built using Fineract CN. Databases for diff microservices used include MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Casandra, and MySQL.
