Deploy & Maintain Self-Hosted Twenty CRM

I am looking for an experienced DevOps/Full-Stack developer to deploy and maintain a self-hosted instance of Twenty CRM (twentyhq/twenty) on my Linux server (12 GB RAM, 6 vCPU, 100 GB NVMe SSD, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS). Twenty is a modern open-source CRM built on React + Node.js + PostgreSQL, deployed via Docker Compose. Full documentation at docs.twenty.com.

Phase 1 — Initial Setup

Ubuntu 26.04 (SSH key auth, UFW firewall, fail2ban)

Docker & Docker Compose installation

Twenty CRM v2.0 full deployment (server, worker, PostgreSQL, Redis)

Nginx reverse proxy + Let's Encrypt SSL + custom domain

Ollama installation with local AI models (Phi-3 Mini / Mistral 7B)

Twenty native workflow engine basic configuration

Automated daily backup script (delivered as a standalone .sh file)

Maintenance manual delivered (architecture, update procedure, troubleshooting, security checklist)

Phase 2 — Months 1 to 6 (Maintenance)

Monthly updates + migrations

Uptime and resource monitoring

Bug fixes within 48h response time

Up to 2h/month minor configuration changes

Monthly status report

Phase 3 — Months 7 to 12 (Maintenance)

Continuation of all Phase 2 services

One mid-year review call to assess performance and upcoming needs

Priority support for any major Twenty version upgrade
