Deploy & Host My React-Spring Project

I need an experienced cloud engineer to setup, build, deploy and host an older project of mine. This project is a duo repo consisting of React-Vite for the frontend and Spring-Kotlin for the backend, with Postgres or Mongo as databases (dont remember but this doesn't matter). Everything needs to be orchestrated in a Kubernetes cluster, all contained within Docker OR deployed as a single container(server) (maybe) through firebase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setup the workflow and triggered services to build the project in a cloud service (GCP or AWS), deploy and host the project.
- Setup terraform

Ideal Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Proficiency in Docker for containerization
- Experience with both Postgres OR MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly GCP and AWS
- Competency in React and Spring-Kotlin is not that important
