Create a Clock Wheel Feature for Azura Cast (Icecast + Liquid Soap + Docker)

I am extending my AzuraCast installation and need a developer who already speaks the language of radio clocks. Your task is to create a fully-functional “clock wheel” module that slots seamlessly into AzuraCast’s existing interface and Docker stack.
You must have background experience with radio stations and radio software and either have created a clock wheel in past or set one up before. having worked with liquid soap and icecast shoutcast streaming is a plus. Having ai say you have experience for you ain't always true. please use ur own words when saying u have radio experience.
i prefer live365.com clockwheel page and events scheduler. I want the same built for AzuraCast.
I prefer form based UI over drag and drop. You can build this feature directly into azura cast main code or as a plugin - module. You need ensure all php code is PSR compliant and free of using ai to generate code. all code must be your code - custom code not made using ai.
What I need the module or plugin to do:
• Let me use form based setup for music, promos, ads or sweeps into minute (or second) positions inside each hour
• Save multiple clocks and assign them to specific days or shows
• Generate the underlying Liquidsoap/playlist logic automatically so the output is ready for air without manual scripting
• Allow quick tweaks on the fly—ease of customization is the single most important factor for me
Technical context
AzuraCast already runs in Docker, so the clock wheel must be delivered as a self-contained service or as pull-request-ready PHP/JS code that can live inside the existing containers. You’ll likely be touching PHP (native php slim), Vue/JS, and Docker-Compose files. If you have built or used radio clock wheels elsewhere, tell me the stack you used—experience here is essential.
Acceptance
1. I can spin up the standard AzuraCast docker-compose stack, add your code, and the clock editor appears in the admin UI.
2. I can build a 60-minute wheel, save it, assign it to a station, and watch the logs prove the correct rotation.
3. No regression of existing AzuraCast features; standard tests pass.
