Costa Rica E-Invoicing Platform

Hello! I’m a student looking for help with my final programming project. I need someone with experience in web development to create a Web-Based Electronic Invoicing System for Costa Rica, integrated with the Ministry of Finance (ATV).

Main Requirements:

Admin panel in Laravel + Filament

Secure REST API for external integrations

Multi-company and multi-user support with customizable roles

Automatic invoice generation (XML + PDF) and email delivery

Smart validations and guided corrections

Integration with Hacienda (digital signing and document reception)

Additional Requirements:

Experience with Laravel, Filament, and PHP.

Knowledge of integrating with government APIs (Hacienda).

Ability to create a user-friendly, mobile-optimized interface.

Implementation of robust security (encryption, authentication, etc.).
