Convert a docker image application to a stand alone application on windows

I want to convert a shiny app which has a docker image available to a stand alone application that can be run on windows without prior installation of docker or anything. The final product would be an application that can be executed directly on windows. I would like to have a documentation of the exact steps to generate the application, so I can use same steps to convert other docker images to stand alone windows applications.
