CTFd Docker Management Plugin Development

I'm seeking an experienced developer to enhance my CTFd deployment for my cyber academy. The task involves creating a Docker container management system plugin, similar to CTFd Whale and CTFd OWL on GitHub, that integrates with the CTFd platform and my custom theme.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a plugin to manage Docker containers: spawn, stop, and clean up CTF challenge containers from within the CTFd interface.
- Integration with my existing custom theme.
- Code should be clean, maintainable, and include deployment documentation.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Flask and Docker SDK for Python.
- Familiar with CTFd and its integration processes.
- Experience with Docker Swarm and Docker API.
- Strong coding standards and documentation skills.
