Build docker mssql + api netcore

I am looking for a developer to build a docker container for mssql and API netcore.

Operating System: Linux

- The docker container should be built for Linux.

.NET Core Version: 3.1

- The API should be built using .NET Core version 3.1.

Authentication Mechanism:
