Build a docker image (web app) on top of Seurat library in R
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want to write a dockerfile that can build an image for running the attached web application "app.R" The app is built on top of "Seurat" library in R which already has dockerfile and docker image available at:

I am not sure how to modify my dockerfile to be able to make the app working. If you can write a dockerfile for the app and test it to make sure it is working, please bid. Attached, the code, example data, output and my dockerfile which is not working. Don't bid please before making sure you can build the image. All files are attached for your reference.
