Brandable Home Assistant Docker Deployment

Project Overview:
I need to build and deploy a self-hosted Home Assistant instance (based on the official open-source project) using Linux and Docker. Once built, I need to completely rebrand it with my own logo and brand name.
Strict Rules:
This is 100% cosmetic. Do not change any core functionality, refactor code, or alter the layout.
Update-Safe: The branding must be applied in a way that future updates to the base open-source project will not overwrite or break our custom branding (e.g., using custom theme folders, Docker volume overrides, or CSS injection).
What Needs to Be Done:
Initial Build: Deploy the Home Assistant project via Docker on Linux.
Brand Identity: Replace the old logo and brand name with my new ones everywhere in the system.
Web UI: Update the visual styling of the Home Page and Landing Page to match my new brand.
System Logos: Change the Linux boot splash screen logo and the CLI (terminal) welcome logo.
Clean Up: Remove all external help links, wiki references, and third-party URLs from the interface.
Deliverables:
A fully working, deployed Docker container of the rebranded Home Assistant.
The custom theme/override files, cleanly named and organized in a separate folder so my developer can easily maintain it.
Proof that the system works perfectly and that the branding survives a standard project update.
Required Skills:
Experience deploying Home Assistant (https://github.com/home-assistant/) via Docker on Linux.
Basic frontend skills (CSS/HTML) for UI theming.
Experience changing Linux boot logos and terminal (MOTD) banners.
Knowledge of how to safely override assets in Docker/open-source builds
