ARR* Stack config set up and Config

Hello, Looking for help getting set up with self hosting set up. Looking to add an ARR* stack for hosting media on my Qnap Nas. Currently have Pi-hole, and Gluetun set up and running. Need help with Radarr, Sonarr, Qbittorrent, and just making sure connections are secure.
