docker compose yaml for px4 and missionplanner

1. create a docker compose file and docker image for multiple simulation using MissionPlanner (https://ardupilot.org/planner/docs/mission-planner-simulation.html)
2. The docker image should contain installation script for PX4, MissionPlanner, QGroundControl, and ROS/ROS2 etc.
I've got a couple of sample waypoint/plan files for testing and will be give to prospective freelancers.
