Setup Outline Wiki on a Local Windows machine

I'm looking for a professional who can help me set up Outline Wiki on my Windows machine. I will need assistance with all software dependencies setup and configuration, so a comprehensive understanding of the necessary requirements is crucial.

1. Setup Outline wiki to run on docker running on a Windows machine.
2. Use outline docker image and also build local image using outline source code.
3. Setting up login with Slack auth or (google).
4. Using Cloudflare tunnel to allow login in a local network without opening firewall ports.
5. Setup all other required configuration to run Outline locally (storage, networking, SSL, auth, Redis, PostgreSQL, etc,,,)
6. Explain and Document all steps in details.
