sudomain link not working - wildcard, cname, a record, txt record

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me fix my subdomain link, which is currently not working. I am using shared hosting, and I have access to my domain's DNS settings via cPanel. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience with wildcard, CNAME, A record, and TXT record. They should also be knowledgeable about DNS settings and be able to troubleshoot and fix the issue quickly.

I installed a program and its need it subdomain link to work but its not working, i use cpanel... I dont know if the issue is from wildcard or from ( A record) or from (Cname record) or from (TXT Record) or Wildcard.. But no one works and i dont know why. I dont know if i am getting wrong configuration
