my emails are going to spam (hotmail yahoo etc)

Dmarc and all email protocols are looking fine, I am nit sure why but when ever I send to hotmail or yahoo etc, they will go to spam. I have done spam test, everything I in place, here is a shot of my test spam report.

I do not know why the is happening, but I need to get to the bottom of it, or even advice.

Please do not take this job on, if you will only be putting dns etc up, and my dns and Marc etc all shows as fine.
